Order Confirmation Specifications, packing, markings, inspection standards and acceptance criteria should be confirmed in the purchase order or sales contract. Customized OEM/ODM items may require approved samples before mass production. 3. Non Conformity Handling If goods materially deviate from the confirmed specification upon arrival, please notify us with photos, batch/order information and a clear description within a reasonable period after receipt. We will investigate and propose remediation such as replacement, repair guidance or commercial settlement as appropriate. 4. Exclusions Issues caused by improper storage, incorrect installation, unauthorized modification, normal wear, or use outside the intended application are not covered by this guarantee statement. 5.
